How it works

What we set up, and how it runs.

We set up your company with you (the website and the dashboard behind it), on your own accounts, with your first process working on day one. Then we teach you to grow it with your AI, so you don't need us tomorrow.

Your company in four parts.

Each part does one job. Together they are your company: what it knows, who does the work, what's always on, and where you talk to it.

The memory

Your company folder

Every file, task, note and decision, with its history. Your AI reads it first, so the work sounds like you.

Your AI

Does the work on your laptop, on your phone, and on a schedule in the cloud. Runs on your own plan.

No AI keys anywhere. Your AI runs on your own plan. A backup AI needs a second account. Works on Mac and Windows.

What runs by itself, and what needs your laptop.

Your company runs in three places. Most of it needs nothing from you; a few things need your laptop. You don't need a server.

Online, always

Laptop closed

  • Your dashboard and phone view
  • Welcome emails to sign-ups
  • Approving on your dashboard, from your phone (Discord buttons optional)
  • Posting your morning brief each morning

Your AI, in the cloud

Laptop closed · on Claude Pro

  • Writing your morning brief
  • Other jobs you schedule, at most once an hour
  • Uses your plan's normal allowance

Your laptop

On, with your AI app open

  • Building things with you
  • Making videos and carousels
  • Filing the notes you capture on your phone: through your dashboard on any phone, or your iPhone's iCloud folder
  • Scheduled tasks, if you use ChatGPT Codex

Optional, later

Nobody needs this for the course

  • A computer that stays on, like an old laptop, if you want heavy work to run on a schedule (for example videos every night)

The limits, honestly

  • Your morning brief arrives in a window (for example between 8 and 10), not at an exact minute.
  • Cloud routines run at most once an hour, are new (Claude calls them a preview), and count towards your plan's usage.
  • Videos, and anything that uses files only on your laptop, happen when your laptop is on.
  • Free plans have limits. They're plenty for a one-person business to start.

What you need

  • A laptop (Mac or Windows) and a phone (iPhone or Android).
  • Claude Pro, about €20 a month. Recommended, because its routines run in the cloud. For the full-programme month a bigger plan (about €100) may be needed: we confirm after our test runs.
  • Free accounts, set up together in the setup call. Paid plans only when your business grows into them.
  • Your own web domain (about €10 a year) if you want to email customers from your own address. Without one, welcome emails wait as drafts.

Will your AI plan last the day?

An honest answer. AI plans have a usage window that starts with your first message and lasts five hours, plus a weekly cap. Chat and building share both.

  • Setup call and half days: Claude Pro is the plan.
  • The Bootcamp Day: one window runs 10:00–15:00, so all the main work falls inside it. Pro, plus the habits on the right and a usage cap you set in the setup call.
  • Full days in the full programme: these use the most. A bigger plan (about €100) for that month may be needed, and you can drop back after. We confirm after our test runs.
  • A new chat for every block, so your AI only reads what the step needs.
  • The course helpers do the mechanical work with plain scripts, not AI turns.
  • If your limit hits, you pair up for 15 minutes and your usage cap carries the rest. Nothing is lost.

How we set you up.

A 3-hour online setup call, at least 5 days before your Bootcamp Day. Your AI does the work; you sign up and press copy.

  1. Your AI app on your laptop, plus the small tools it needs in the background.
  2. Your company folder, your own private copy of the course kit.
  3. Your first talk with your AI: "this folder is my company". From your website, or "no business yet".
  4. Your accounts, one at a time, each one proven before the next: Discord, email, database, website host and a test page.
  5. Your AI on your phone, connected to your company folder, with one pinned chat: "Manager".
  6. "Hello from your company" in Discord, everyone at once.
  7. Your usage cap, so nobody gets stuck mid-day.
  8. Your first check, and fixing one thing the check flags, with your AI.

Like a head start? A guided home list lets you do some of it before the call, and anything you've done is skipped.

Anything still not working after the call? A helper sorts it out with you one-to-one before the day, so everyone starts the Bootcamp Day with every account working.

You type your own passwords and press "Allow" yourself. Your AI never does those. Everything is in your name, so it stays yours.

The best practices we build in.

The same habits that keep a real company safe and calm. Your AI follows them from day one, and you learn why.

  1. One paper trail

Every task, decision and approval is written down in one place, with the date. You can always see what happened, and why.

  2. Files are the truth

Your company lives in plain files in your folder. Chats end, files stay. Every new chat starts by reading them, so nothing is lost.

  3. One AI builds, another checks

Before anything counts as done, a second AI checks it against a clear "done when" line. Then you approve.

  4. Nothing goes out without your yes

Nothing new is published, sent or paid until you've said yes to it. Once you approve a welcome email, every sign-up gets it.

  5. Keys never go in chat

Passwords and keys go straight into each service's own settings, never into a chat or a file.

  6. Spend caps

You set a usage cap on your AI plan in the setup call. Anything that costs money, your AI asks you about first, in plain words.

  7. Fix it with your AI first

Every problem goes to your AI first: it explains, fixes and checks again. That's how you learn to carry on without us.

  8. A backup AI

A second AI app, tested on your company, so you're never stuck if one has a bad day.

  9. Every step proven

Each step ends with a check that turns green on the real thing: the page is live, the email arrived, the brief landed. Not a tick you give yourself.
