# Company of One

> Build and run a one-person business with AI. A small-group course: Online, or in person in Amsterdam. You learn to run your own business with a team of AI doing the groundwork, while you stay in charge of every decision.

## Who it is for
- People who run a business on their own, or want to start one.
- People who know AI matters but not where to start for their own business.
- Not for get-rich-quick plans. No income or time-saving promises are made.

## How it works
You direct, AI works, you approve. You set up a business brain (one place that holds your offer, voice, customers and rules), seven AI departments (product, website and apps, content and marketing, customers and offers, research, finance, operations) and a short morning brief. Nothing is published, paid or sent without your yes. No coding needed; a laptop is enough.

- Module 02 · Your business brain: Give AI a brain that knows your business. You leave with: Your business brain and seven AI departments, set up.
- Module 03 · Run the company: Start every day knowing what matters. You leave with: A morning brief and voice capture from your phone, running.
- Module 04 · Build software with AI: Build a real page or tool, no developer needed. You leave with: Your offer page live, with sign-ups and a welcome email.
- Module 05 · Content & marketing engine: Turn one idea into a week of marketing. You leave with: A week of posts scheduled, and your first marketing video.
- Module 06 · Motion films with AI: Make your own launch films. You leave with: A high-end launch film.
- Module 07 · Money on autopilot: Understand your money in a minute. You leave with: A money view: what's paid, what's open, what's due.
- Module 08 · Automation & safety: Let routines run safely, with you in charge. You leave with: Routines on schedule, your own AI skills, and safety rules.

- Kickstart · €250 · One afternoon · 4–5 hours · Modules 1–3, the essentials. Your company is running. Unlocks: A business brain and seven AI departments, set up for your business; One process from your real week, automated; A morning brief, and voice notes from your phone that file themselves; Your own company dashboard; Your ROI card: your own estimate of what it's worth.
- 3-session programme · €550 · Three sessions · 3½ hours each · Modules 1–5. Your company builds and markets. Unlocks: Everything in Kickstart, done more deeply; Your offer page live, with sign-ups and a welcome email; A content engine with a week of posts scheduled; Your first marketing video; Three processes automated in total.
- 6-session programme · €850 · Six sessions · 3½ hours each · All 8 modules. Your company runs itself. Unlocks: Everything in the 3 sessions; A high-end launch film; A simple money view: paid, open, what's due; Routines that run on schedule; Your own AI skills, made from your repeated tasks; Safety rules and a backup AI provider.

Every package includes the AI skills for its modules, ready on day one.
